Be patient. It usually takes a few visits to get the best setting for your hearing aids. This is normal and a part of adjusting to wearing hearing aids. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and will be happy to adjust your aids as many times as you need.

While we’re inspecting your hearing aids, we may repeat your hearing test to make sure your hearing aid needs have not changed.

HOW OUR HEARING AID REPAIR SERVICE WORKS
If your hearing aids need to be fixed, come in to our office. Many times we can perform simple repairs while you wait. In the event of a more severely damaged hearing aid, we send them back to the manufacturer for repair using Federal Express or DHL. TEMPORARY HEARING AIDS DURING REPAIRS
Just like getting a loaner car while yours is in the shop, we can provide you with temporary hearing aids through our loaner service if yours are being repaired. We have a wide range of in-the-ear and canal aids, as well as standard behind-the-ear selections. Although they won’t be as good as your custom-fitted hearing aids, it will get you through until your hearing aid is returned.
